The successful candidate will have MSP Service Desk / Helpdesk experience, with hands-on knowledge of SharePoint, networking (Switches, Firewalls and DNS), and familiarity with Azure AD/Active Directory and MDM. The role is based near London Bridge, ideal for a hands-on, client-facing team player.
