Here at Burns Sheehan, we’re supporting a growing, technology-led ecommerce business with a strong sustainability focus, looking to bring in a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer on an initial 3-month contract.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope, working across a modern Microsoft environment while supporting business-critical systems and delivering key infrastructure projects.
The Role:
- Provide support across 1st - 3rd line, resolving infrastructure and end-user issues
- Administer and maintain Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
- Support Hyper-V virtualised environments
- Deliver infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations and improvements
- Monitor system performance, ensuring stability, availability and security
- Support end-user hardware including laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain clear technical documentation
