The business provides a real-time data platform that enables companies to attract and retain talent by providing HR and Rewards Teams with insight-driven and reliable data to foster a culture that engages new and existing employees.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on individual leading technical decision-making and tackling technical challenges as the business continues to grow. You will join a team dedicated to building customer-facing web products, owning aspects of product architecture and technical design while leading implementations.
The business is open to Lead Engineers who are experts in either Frontend, Backend, security, or infrastructure.
