Join a scaling Series A company with a salary of up to £128,000. This position offers hybrid working in London, requiring 2 days a week onsite.

We are partnered with a tech-driven Scale-Up in London that has successfully achieved Series A this year and is looking to scale their team as they continue to achieve targets and growth leading into the New Year. The business provides a real-time data platform that enables companies to attract and retain talent by providing HR and Rewards Teams with insight-driven and reliable data to foster a culture that engages new and existing employees.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on individual leading technical decision-making and tackling technical challenges as the business continues to grow. You will join a team dedicated to building customer-facing web products, owning aspects of product architecture and technical design while leading implementations.

The business is open to Lead Engineers who are experts in either Frontend, Backend, security, or infrastructure. They are looking for curious Lead Engineers who want to join a scaling business and share their knowledge and best practices. Their product is built in React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js, and they are flexible regarding whether your strengths lie within Frontend or Backend.
