We’re partnered with a scaling FinTech who are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join their team as they continue to grow. This role is within a critical business division who are responsible for a modernisation programme, and you’ll have the opportunity to work on large-scale platforms, leveraging AI-assisted development tools and contribute to high-quality software solutions. As a business, they are recognised as a leading FinTech, and they are looking for engineers who are curious about new technologies and want the opportunity to continue to progress further within their career. They are a collaborative team where you’ll be working closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to be part of a new project where you can be influential.
What will you be doing:
- Design, develop, test and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications using modern technologies and engineering best practices
- Collaborate within agile product teams to deliver business-critical technology solutions
- Use AI-powered development and automation tools to improve software quality, testing, documentation and delivery efficiency
- Champion software quality, security maintainability and continuous improvement through code review, automated testing, and technical debt management
- Support production systems through troubleshooting, maintenance, deployments and ongoing enhancements
What are they looking for:
- Experience within full-stack engineering across front-end and back-end technologies such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, automated testing, CI/CD pipeline and engineering best practices
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Passion for modern engineering practices, automation, AI-enabled development and continuous learning
