Product Marketing Manager
Salary: up to £80,000 + benefits
Location: Central London – ideally 1-3 times per week in the office but can be flexible on this
We’re partnered with a well-established and fast growing FinTech that’s building a brand new Acquisition Tech function for the German market. They’re profitable, scaling fast, and investing heavily in product and data – and this is one of the first hires into a team that will shape how they grow in Germany.
Role Overview: As their Product Marketing Manager, you’ll sit across product marketing, experimentation, and data‑driven problem solving, helping define how customers discover their offering, understand their options, and move through early acquisition and onboarding.
Why this role stands out:
- 🚀 Join a newly created team with huge scope to shape how it operates
- 🧠 Split across positioning, segmentation, tooling, funnel optimisation and testing
- Work closely with engineering and data to build new onboarding and eligibility tools
- Cross‑market exposure – product and engineering in the UK, commercial teams in Germany
- Startup‑style ownership with the stability of a profitable, established FinTech
Who we’re looking for:
- Product marketing / management or growth experience focused on acquisition or onboarding
- Strong analytical instincts and hands‑on A/B testing experience
- Familiarity with data‑led approaches to prioritising leads & improving early funnel conversion
- Someone who thrives in an ambiguous, build‑from‑scratch environment
- Bonus: German speaking (not essential)
