We're hiring an Engineering Manager for a growing tech business using data and software to deliver real-world social impact.

£110,000 base

What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of engineers, running 1:1s, feedback, coaching and performance conversations
- Driving better delivery, process and ways of working
- Partnering closely with Product and stakeholders
- Contributing to architecture, engineering quality and technical decision-making
- Helping shape a strong, healthy engineering culture

- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or senior technical leader with people management responsibility
- A solid software engineering background with strong technical credibility
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Comfort working in a scale-up / evolving environment
