Burns Sheehan is working with one of the UK's fastest growing workspace businesses, delivering premium office environments for thousands of members across 60+ locations. Technology plays a huge part in the customer experience, and they are investing in someone who can become the trusted technical adviser for their largest clients. This is not a sales role with targets or commission. Instead, you will work directly with customers to understand their requirements, recommend the appropriate technology solution and oversee delivery from initial scoping through to implementation. You become the bridge between clients, internal technical teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring every solution is commercially viable, technically sound and delivered successfully.
Key Projects
- Microsoft Teams & Zoom Rooms
- Meeting Room & Event Space AV
- Telephony & Unified Communications
- Client Onboarding & Technology Upgrades
You also lead a small team and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Infrastructure to provide a seamless experience for customers. You need to be comfortable discussing networking, cloud, connectivity and infrastructure with IT Managers, Heads of IT and CTOs, while also explaining technical solutions in a straightforward way to non-technical stakeholders.
Personality & Experience
Personality is as important as technical knowledge. We seek someone who enjoys building relationships, understands customer needs and can confidently guide clients toward the right solution rather than merely presenting technology. If you have experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, AV, telephony or managed services and enjoy working with customers, we would like to speak with you.
