We are exclusively partnered with a US scale up looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to join them as they look to build their UK presence. They work within 3 vertical markets within the AI Sector and given the nature of the work, we can’t disclose the company until we’re on a phone call.
You will be the first Forward Deployed Engineer joining their ranks in the UK and as such, could result in promotions, progression and autonomy. This position is London based but primarily remote, with weekly client meetings.
You will act as the conduit between the core engineering teams and their customer. The role will be to design, implement and deploy AI-Powered solutions within complex, real-world environments, working directly with customers to tailor the technology to meet their needs and their most immediate challenges.
Naturally with this in mind for this Forward Deployed position, we are looking for strong engineering skills to match, a self-starter Forward Deployed Engineer as well as brilliant communication. Someone from a software engineering, data engineering or applied ML background. Python / Typescript or similar engineering languages is a must.
Experience working with APIs, cloud infrastructure and data processing is required. Previous experience within AI tech such as LLMs, RAG, embedding, vector databases is a big plus as is any previous experience within an AI, Data or B2B SaaS company.
