We’re partnered with a well-established PropTech business entering a major growth and transformation phase! Salesforce sits at the heart of the business, powering everything from lead generation through to sales conversion, expansion and retention.

They’re now looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to come in during a key stabilisation and transformation phase across a complex, highly integrated platform landscape. There are lots of initiatives running across the business, all connected to Salesforce – spanning Sales, Marketing and Operations. This includes lead management, CPQ and quote-to-cash, marketing automation, and commercial reporting, alongside ongoing improvements to data quality and integrations across systems like SAP, billing and workspace platforms. They’re also increasingly using AI to support sales and ops workflows, including automation around lead handling, follow-ups and meeting booking.

You’ll be responsible for prioritising and delivering across this landscape, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Ops, and keeping multiple streams of work moving in a fast-paced environment.

Who they’re looking for:

  • Strong Salesforce Product Owner / CRM delivery experience
  • Experience in complex, multi-system environments
  • Hands-on delivery mindset (comfortable in the detail, not just strategy)
  • Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Ops
  • Ability to prioritise across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Bonus: CPQ, Pardot or SAP exposure
  • Experience using tools such as Flow & Apex

This is a highly visible contract role in a business where things move fast, leadership is accessible, and ideas can go from discussion to delivery very quickly. If you are a Product Owner with Salesforce experience, please apply!
