Here at Burns Sheehan, we’re working with a premium London-based workspace provider with a large multi-site estate and a growing in-house AV function. They’re looking for an AV Engineer to support the rollout and ongoing management of AV systems across 60+ sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across installations, upgrades and live environments. As the AV engineer, you will focus on delivering high-quality AV installs, supporting refresh projects and ensuring a reliable experience across meeting rooms, shared spaces and client offices.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing and configuring AV equipment across multiple sites (meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, client offices)
- Supporting AV refresh projects, upgrades and small works
- Carrying out cabling, mounting, room setup and site surveys
- Providing on-site and remote support, troubleshooting AV issues, supporting client AV fit-outs and ensuring consistent delivery standards
- Maintaining ambient sound systems across the estate
- Working closely with infrastructure and operations teams on cross-functional issues
What They’re Looking For:
- Hands-on AV experience within commercial environments
- Strong understanding of AV installs (cabling, patching, mounting, room prep)
- Experience with tools and working safely in live office environments
- Exposure to AV kit such as Yealink, Logitech, Bose or Dante
- Basic networking knowledge (PoE, IP, VLANs)
- Comfortable supporting non-technical users on-site
