Analytics Manager – Property & Financial Services
London (Hybrid) – two days a week on site in Central London

We’re looking for an Analytics Manager with strong technical and consultancy experience to help drive innovation and value across the UK property and financial services sectors. You\\\’ll lead a talented team of analysts, shape analytical strategy, and work closely with clients, product, and commercial teams to bring data to life.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of data analysts and consultants
- Overseeing delivery of advanced analytics solutions across financial services and property data products
- Acting as a key contact for clients—translating their needs into impactful, data-driven solutions
- Providing analytical support in pre-sales, helping turn opportunities into outcomes
- Working alongside product teams to develop and evolve market-leading solutions
- Driving customer success through tailored insight, storytelling, and actionable intelligence
About you
- Deep understanding of the mortgage or property domain—or the ability to ramp up fast
- Proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering commercial value from data
- A confident communicator who enjoys presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong technical toolkit: SQL and Excel required; Python a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a blend of strategy, hands-on analytics, and client engagement
- Background in consulting or financial services is highly valued
You’ll bring
- Experience managing and mentoring analysts or consultants
- A problem-solving mindset with a sharp eye for identifying client opportunities through data
- Fluency in data storytelling, data visualisation, and analytical thinking
- A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. maths, stats, economics, computer science) or equivalent experience
- Direct experience in property or mortgage markets
- Prior work with AVMs, lending analytics, or housing market data
- A strong interest in the intersection of data, technology and financial services
