We're partnering with a fast-growing AI adoption and skills platform that helps major global organisations roll out AI safely and confidently. They've just closed a funding round with top-tier VC backing, passed £1.5M+ ARR with 15,000+ users, and are now expanding into the US. They're hiring for one of their first Technical Engineering Managers to help the team double in size.
What you'll do as Technical Engineering Manager
- Lead 1-2 engineering pods, with 1:1s, coaching, feedback and career growth
- Improve delivery, process and ways of working as the team scales
- Get hands-on with early-stage architecture and technical decisions
- Shape engineering culture from day one
This Technical Engineering Manager role is for you if you:
- Come from a software engineering background and can still hold your own technically
- Have managed engineers before and enjoy coaching people and unblocking delivery
