I'm partnered with a well-funded, high-growth UK technology scale-up operating at the intersection of AI, robotics and intelligent automation.
Their technology is already being used by major global organisations, and following significant investment and a complete rebuild of their core platform, they're entering a particularly exciting new chapter.
Their ambition is to move beyond traditional automation towards fully autonomous systems, where AI agents can interact with physical hardware, make decisions and orchestrate increasingly complex workflows with minimal human intervention.
They're now looking for a Principal Product Manager to help shape what comes next...
The Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit an existing roadmap. As Principal Product Manager, you'll have genuine ownership over the product's future direction, defining the vision, identifying new market opportunities and owning strategic partnerships, with the autonomy to turn ambitious ideas into commercially successful products.
Who Are They Looking For?
They're particularly interested in entrepreneurial Product Leaders or ex-founders, who thrive on building something new.
- Proven experience shaping product vision and strategy in ambiguous or 0-to-1 environments.
- Strong technical understanding of AI, APIs or complex software platforms.
- Commercially minded, independent and confident driving opportunities forward.
You don't need a background in robotics. They're far more interested in how you think, what you've built and your ability to shape something new.
