HGV Class 2 Day Shift Multi-Drop Driver in London

We are now recruiting reliable HGV Class 2 (C) Multi-Drop Drivers for day shift roles in Hillington. If you’re looking for a stable, long-term position with an established logistics company.

Role and Responsibilities As a Class 2 Driver, your duties will mirror those of our Class 1 drivers, delivering palletised freight throughout the Central Belt and maintaining the high standards Burns Express is known for:

Delivering palletised freight safely and legally

Completing daily vehicle checks and logging defects via app

Following safety policies and procedures

Completing and returning all required paperwork

Using the company PDA for route and delivery information

What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have:

A valid Class 2 (C) licence with at least 2 years’ experience

No more than 6 penalty points (no DR or DD offences)

Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card

Excellent communication skills and flexibility

Experience in a multi-drop logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
