The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a casual Hospitality Host to join us at Burnley Football Club. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Club’s ongoing development and helping us deliver a first-class experience for players, staff, and supporters.
About You
Are you looking for your next challenge? You may be our next Hospitality Host! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing role and is able to work with others to identify reasonable solutions. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role Expectations
As the Hospitality Host, you will be expected to:
- Checking guests in on reception, supplying tickets and food vouchers.
- Warmly welcoming guests in a personal and engaging manner to facilitate their check-in within our hospitality lounges/areas.
- Addressing guest queries and guiding them to the appropriate individual or area.
