A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Officer to join us at Burnley Football Club. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Club’s ongoing development and helping us deliver a first-class experience for our staff.

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to help power our next stage of growth. As the Club continues to expand, we’re searching for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Officer who can elevate our recruitment process and help us attract exceptional talent. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we grow, ensuring we bring in the people who will drive our future success. The ideal candidate will have experience in a specialist recruitment role, combined with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

As the Recruitment Officer, you will be expected to:

  • Liaise with departmental managers to identify staffing requirements within the Club.
  • Conduct screening activities to prepare an interview shortlist for the recruiting manager.
  • Administer the onboarding process for successful candidates, which will involve requesting references, collating onboarding and right to work documentation in the UK, and setting up employees on our HR systems.
