Internship Overview
Meaningful work experience can be an essential part of the career ladder in many professions. They are part and parcel of a modern, flexible economy and are useful both for the applicant and for employers. On our paid internship programme, you will gain a real insight into what it’s like to work in our business and have the opportunity to learn from our people whilst working on real business challenges and projects. Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.
Role Expectations
- Maintain and update key HR systems, including the HR Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Support on the coordination and delivery of EDI initiatives, activations, awareness campaigns, training, workshops and meetings.
