Internship Overview
Meaningful work experience can be an essential part of the career ladder in many professions. On our paid internship programme, you will gain a real insight into what it’s like to work in our business and have the opportunity to learn from our people whilst working on real business challenges and projects. Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.
Role Expectations
- Develop key relationships with professional Clubs, grassroots clubs, independent coaching organisations, districts and counties.
- Support with the recruitment of the U9- U21 age groups as outlined by the Recruitment department.
- Support in the identification of potential talent in accordance with the Academy football philosophy.
