About You

The ideal candidate will have experience working in football whether as a player, scout or a related field and currently hold a FA Talent ID Level 2 qualification. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role Expectations
- Focus on the various age groups for your specific geographic area as outlined by the Recruitment department.
- Following each match, produce scouting reports in accordance with the assessment criteria used by the Academy and record these reports on the scouting database utilised by the Academy.
- Contribute to the identification of potential talent in accordance with the Academy football philosophy.
