The Role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Physical Performance Coach to join us at Burnley Football Club in our Women's First Team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Club’s ongoing development and helping us deliver a first-class experience for players, staff, and supporters.
About You
Are you passionate about football and looking for your next challenge in the game? The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring physical preparation programmes that optimise athlete performance, reduce injury risk, and support long-term player development.
Role Expectations
As the First Team Physical Performance Coach Women, you will be expected to:
- Deliver individual and group strength and conditioning service to the players.
- Work with the Head of Performance in reviewing provision against best standard and seeking innovation.
- Gather and analyse physical performance data to inform players’ programmes and ensure to remain upskilled on the appropriate performance technologies.
