Trainer/Assessor in Electrical Installation

We are currently recruiting for a Trainer/Assessor in Electrical Installation to develop training and monitor/evaluate the progress of learners within the Construction Division. The individual will prepare assessment plans and carry out regular assessment of learners in the workplace.

With an appropriate Level 3 qualification in a craft specified occupational area, you will have experience of training and/or supervising learners and of liaising effectively with employers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain individual learning plans to ensure the timely achievement of qualifications as required by awarding bodies and the SFA.
  • Deliver underpinning knowledge and training sessions to learners in the workplace.
  • Carry out regular assessment of learners.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification in a craft specified occupational area.
  • Experience of training/supervising learners.
  • Experience liaising with employers.

The salary for this post is up to £38,970.
