Overview

We are currently recruiting a Lecturer in CIPD to promote and provide an excellent learning experience which ensures high achievement for all adult, apprentice and commercial learners on the CIPD provision.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver CIPD provision to adult, apprentice and commercial learners and promote and provide an excellent learning experience that supports high achievement.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline including HR/people principles, as well as a recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards this.
  • Knowledge of CIPD expectations and assessment and of current issues in management employment law.

Burnley College Sixth Form Centre provides first-class Further Education, University Education, Apprenticeship, business training and adult learning programmes, in the heart of Pennine Lancashire.
