We are seeking an innovative Progress Development Tutor to join our Maths and English GCSE and Functional skills team, supporting learners to achieve their full potential through improved engagement, attendance, and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to learners, understand their goals, and adopt a solutions‑focused approach to overcome barriers to learning.
  • Ensure inclusion for all learners.
  • Build strong working relationships with subject teachers to provide wrap‑around academic and personal support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified to at least Level 3 and hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics grade C or above.
  • Experience working with young people and/or in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of current issues in further education, particularly Maths and English.

Salary: Up to £29,471 per annum.
