We are recruiting for an Active Learning Zone (ALZ) Officer to ensure the Study Hub provides first-class customer-focused services. You will oversee the smooth running of the Study Hub on a day-to-day basis and develop online learning platforms to make learning resources accessible to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Study Hub.
- Develop and maintain online learning platforms.
- Provide customer-facing service to staff and students.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in librarianship, information science or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of cataloguing and classification systems used in a modern library.
- Experience providing front-facing customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Salary up to £24,559.
Location
The role is on site at Burnley College Sixth Form Centre.
