We are seeking to recruit a full time warden couple to work from now until November 2026. To be successful in your application you must be practical, active and work well with others, being part of our great team of wardens. Flexibility in your attitude to work is key. The position is vital to maintain the standards of all our facilities on which we pride ourselves.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Cleaning toilets, showers, family rooms, disabled facilities and washing up areas
  • Litter picking and inspecting play areas
  • Assistance with our 24 hour security

A clean driving licence will be required to enable you to use our sit on mowers for grass cutting. The position will include working evenings, weekends and bank holidays as and when required. Uniform will be provided.

Accommodation will be provided as you will be expected to live on site to be able to perform your duties. Unfortunately, the accommodation is unsuitable for your own pets.

Northam Farm is a busy AA Platinum family owned holiday park. We cater for touring caravans, statics, motorhomes and tents. We are also a caravan sales dealership and have a fully AWS approved workshop. The park is situated a two minute walk from seven miles of golden sands on the Somerset coast. On site we have a cafe/bar, takeaway, children's play areas, fishing lake, launderette and convenience store.
