We are looking for a passionate and caring room assistant for our pre-school at Brent Knoll Primary School. You will join a committed EYFS team which aims to provide the very best for the youngest children in our care. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Pre‑school Manager and Early Years Lead to support individuals and groups of pupils in the classroom, helping children to access learning and achieve their full potential.
Key Requirements
- Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualifications
- Experience of supporting children with additional needs, including SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A nurturing, patient, and positive approach to supporting children's learning and wellbeing
- Initiative, flexibility and the ability to adapt within a busy classroom environment
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to promoting the welfare of all children
- A commitment to upholding and promoting the values and ethos of the school & Trust
