Are you an experienced teacher who is passionate about shaping our youngest minds and working collaboratively alongside kaiako as we strive for excellence? We are looking for an amazing teacher to join our nursery team to enhance and add value to our learning environment that helps our tamariki learn, grow and fly. We are committed to providing a quality service for our learning community, fostering a love of learning through Montessori, play, exploration, and connection with family and community.
Your role will include:
- Working with and alongside other kaiako to provide an engaging child-focused programme, curriculum and environment that supports and fosters the philosophy of Montessori and a love for learning and fun for children.
- Assessment and Evaluation stories for individual children, individual development plans, and whānau partnerships.
Our ideal candidate will be a qualified and registered kaiako with a current first aid certificate and have proven experience as a kaiako in 0 - 2 education and care in an early childhood. A demonstrated ability in curriculum planning, assessment and evaluation is essential, plus good knowledge of ECE regulations and compliance.
