The hotel boasts 82 bedrooms, a leisure club, extensive conference and banqueting facilities and a restaurant.
The hotel is busy throughout the year, with a focus on hosting both leisure and corporate guests for a variety of events.
From private family functions, engagement parties, baby showers and weddings to product launches, conferences, board meetings, away days and more, we deliver a little stately service, with a lot of personality.

Night Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service throughout the night, ensuring the smooth operation of the reception desk and maintaining high standards of hospitality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all guests in a sincere, courteous, and professional manner, always striving to exceed expectations.
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, and current promotions, promoting these where appropriate.
- Complete all guest documentation, checks, bills, and reports accurately in line with hotel and company procedures.
- Operate the telephone system professionally and efficiently, handling enquiries and requests promptly.
- Conduct night audit and end-of-day procedures as required.
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies in a calm and effective manner.
- Ensure the reception area is maintained to a high standard and all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
