Who are we looking for?

We are ideally looking for applicants with 5 years+ PQE, although this is flexible for the right candidate. The team provides advice for many commercial lenders, lending against the full range of commercial properties (and agricultural properties), including property portfolios and developments.

You should be confident in front of clients and be able to provide exceptional service. The team has a reputation for being very collaborative, pragmatic and solution-focused and the right candidate would have to demonstrate that they can fit in with the culture of the team. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and efficient and who enjoy seeing a task through to completion and working to deadlines.

The successful candidate will have a proactive, 'can-do' attitude to enable them to work closely with a team of legal fee earners on all aspects of this work. The ability to work as part of a team is therefore essential together with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.

What do we offer?

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with the potential of longer-term career advancement in a forward-thinking law firm with a well-established client base. Along with this we will provide you with a competitive salary, pension, 30 days holiday and Private Medical Health Insurance; in addition, we will even give you your birthday off every year too!

Our values of Together, Balanced, and Progressive, help to engender a culture of providing excellent client service within a caring and supportive internal environment.

Burnetts Solicitors are committed to improving the diversity of its workforce to better reflect the communities we serve. We welcome applications from everyone and work to promote an inclusive, supportive culture that values and celebrates our differences.
