We have an exciting opportunity for an NQ Solicitor 0-2 years PQE to join our Family team, based in Carlisle. This is an opportunity to take your first steps to develop your career in the team. The successful candidate will work from our Carlisle office. As an NQ lawyer, you will be looking to strengthen and develop your technical expertise and start effective client relationships.

Applications will also be considered from trainee solicitors nearing the completion of their training contract who have undertaken a seat in Family and have an interest in qualifying into this specialism. The successful candidate will have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude to enable them to work closely with a team of legal fee-earners, paralegals and legal assistants on all aspects of this work, and may have a fee earning target themselves. The ability to work as part of a team is therefore essential together with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
