We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team, based in either our Carlisle office on a full-time basis.
Who are we looking for?
We would be interested to hear from commercial property solicitors or qualified CILEX lawyers with 2-8 years PQE to fit into this growing commercial property department. The department has a breadth of work to consider any applicants with specific specialisms within commercial property, or applicants with more general experience within commercial property.
You should be confident in front of clients and be able to establish new business and provide exceptional service. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and efficient and who enjoy seeing a task through to completion and working to deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude to enable them to work closely with a team of legal fee-earners, paralegals and legal assistants on all aspects of this work, and may have a fee earning target themselves. The ability to work as part of a team is therefore essential together with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
