  • Advise a diverse client base on both contentious and non‑contentious planning and environmental matters.
  • Handle high‑profile, complex work across key sectors such as renewable energy, energy infrastructure, housebuilding, retail and leisure, and major commercial developments.
  • Participate in some of the most high‑profile planning litigation in Scotland.

Qualifications

  • Up to 5 years’ PQE in planning and environmental law.
  • Strong technical ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach with resilience, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
  • Commercially aware and thrives in a collaborative environment.
