Are you an English-qualified lawyer with real estate litigation experience, looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor (up to 3 PQE) for our English Real Estate Litigation team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. We also consider applicants from England who can work remotely or are willing to relocate.
The successful candidate will work alongside Rebecca Jones and Stephen Farrell, our DR English Real Estate experts. This is a great opportunity to join a leading team in a successful, growing firm. Candidates must have experience in English Real Estate Litigation and excellent client care skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling disputes related to commercial landlords and tenants
- Development disputes
- Easements
- Covenants
- Boundary issues
