Senior Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE) in the Disputes & Regulatory team based in Aberdeen. The role involves working on high‑quality matters across general commercial litigation, real estate disputes, insolvency, and energy sector disputes, contributing to client service and the growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex, high‑value commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
- Provide client‑focused legal advice and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with senior solicitors and other team members.
- Support the development of practice expertise across multiple disciplines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Up to 2 full years of Post‑Qualified Experience (PQE) in general commercial litigation.
- Strong technical legal ability with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach.
- For qualifying trainees: completed a seat in commercial litigation and seeking an NQ position.
