Overview
We are seeking a skilled solicitor to join our Real Estate (Renewables) team as an Associate. This role provides the opportunity to advise prominent developers and funders in the energy sector, contributing to projects that support critical climate change targets. As part of a close‑knit specialist team led by Neil Bruce and Nicola Scott, you will support senior fee earners and partners advising on renewable energy transactions across a wide range of projects and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior fee earners and partners to advise on renewable energy transactions across a wide range of projects and technologies.
- Take ownership of files and provide detailed support to clients in renewable energy deals.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support growth of the practice.
Qualifications
- Solicitor/Associate with 1–4 PQE.
- Skilled lawyer with experience or strong interest in real‑estate and renewable energy transactions.
- Passionate about business development and working with developers and funders in the energy sector.
