We are looking for a Senior Solicitor – Associate to join our top‑ranked Disputes & Regulatory team. The role combines personal injury defence, maritime and transport law, and insurance coverage disputes, offering the chance to handle high‑value, complex, cross‑border disputes and specialise in the maritime industry.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and conduct hearings in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts.
  • Prepare and manage case files for personal injury defence and other disputes.
  • Provide legal advice to clients and supervise junior team members.
  • Develop and grow the Disputes & Regulatory practice through business development activities.

Qualifications

  • 3‑5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) with strong experience in personal injury defence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong business development acumen.
  • Experience with maritime, transport law, or insurance coverage disputes is desirable.
  • Autonomous working capability and ability to supervise junior staff.
