Are you ready to start your career as a newly qualified lawyer in a market-leading Real Estate Litigation team?
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an NQ Solicitor for the Real Estate Litigation team in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
Joining a market-leading Real Estate Litigation team, you’ll work alongside Legal 500-ranked Rebecca Jones and Stephen Farrell, our DR Real Estate experts. This is an excellent opportunity to advise Scottish-based clients on their English property portfolios, handling a variety of work for top-level clients within a supportive team.
You will be involved in all areas of real estate disputes including commercial landlord and tenant work, development disputes, easement and covenant disputes, and boundary issues.
Previous experience in real estate litigation is preferred. We will also consider candidates with both commercial real estate and litigation experience. You must have excellent time-management skills, be able to work independently, and be a great team player. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
