Facilities play a key role in keeping our workplace running at its best by bringing structure, energy, and high standards to every part of the day‑to‑day. We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities team in our Aberdeen office – this is a fully office‑based position.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will manage day‑to‑day print room, mail, and administrative tasks, ensuring requests are delivered efficiently and to a high standard while supporting smooth office operations. You will also serve as a key coordinator, overseeing workflows, supporting projects and training, liaising with stakeholders, and helping resolve facilities, maintenance and building‑related matters.
