Start your Business Development journey in a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. We are looking for two proactive and organised Business Development Assistants to support a wide range of BD and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and the wider team to deliver high-quality support across daily activities and strategic projects.
- Support BD and marketing objectives, conduct research, and produce client‑facing materials such as proposals, credentials, and teamsheets.
- Assist with directory submissions, communications, and event delivery.
- Help manage mailing lists in line with GDPR, track BD activity, and support budget monitoring, working closely with lawyers and the BD & Marketing team.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, enthusiastic approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
