We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities team in our Aberdeen office - this is a fully office-based position. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day print room, mail, and administrative tasks, ensuring all requests are delivered efficiently and to a high standard while supporting smooth office operations.
You’ll also act as a key coordinator for the team - overseeing workflows, supporting projects and training, liaising with stakeholders, and helping resolve facilities, maintenance, and building-related matters.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You’ll be confident working both independently and as part of a team, staying calm under pressure while showing a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
