Start your Business Development journey in a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. We are looking for two proactive and organised Business Development Assistants to support a wide range of BD and marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and wider team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support across daily activities and strategic projects. These roles can be based in our Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow office.

This is a varied role where you will support BD and marketing objectives, conduct research, and produce client-facing materials such as proposals, credentials, and teamsheets. You will also assist with directory submissions, communications, and event delivery. You will help manage mailing lists in line with GDPR, track BD activity, and support budget monitoring, working closely with lawyers and the BD & Marketing team.

We are looking for candidates with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, enthusiastic approach. You should be confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems and tools. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in business development and marketing within a professional environment.
