Are you great with numbers and eager to build your career in a supportive, fast-paced workplace? We're looking for a Billing Advisor to join our finance team and provide essential billing, VAT accuracy and support across the firm.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely billing across the firm, while providing expert support on complex billing, VAT, and e-billing requirements. You will work closely with PAs, fee earners, and finance teams, and provide support to Billing Assistants.

This role is based in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. Our hybrid working approach promotes flexibility and a work/life balance, while maintaining strong connections across the team. You'll have opportunities to develop new skills, take on responsibility and grow within a successful, forward-thinking firm.

Previous billing experience is essential, with e-billing experience desirable. The successful candidate will be comfortable working to tight deadlines, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be a proactive problem-solver, a strong team player with excellent communication skills, and adaptable and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and while a legal background would be advantageous, it is not essential.
