BYP Live is looking for someone to help grow a grassroots live music community that genuinely lives for live music. We started BYP 10 years ago, to try and make a difference in our local community. Now, 10 years on, we run hundreds of events yearly throughout the UK, run the award-winning festival, Burn it Down, and continue to build with our core mission still at heart, making the south-west a premier location for live music.
Role: Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Days and hours to be mutually agreed
What Is Expected
- Create and run social media content.
- Data organisation and management.
- Plan, post, and manage content across social channels: gig announcements, reels, stories, etc.
- Support campaigns for new events, tours and collaboration.
- Keep event pages and profiles up to date.
- Manage stats (reach, engagement, clicks, listens).
- Create analytics reports for socials for brands.
- Keep our website updated.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who genuinely loves live music, local scenes and nights out.
- Experience running socials for a project, brand, event, society or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager.
- Organised enough to juggle multiple events, deadlines and content ideas.
- Experience running advert campaigns with a range of low-high budgets on Meta.
- Experience with Data Management and Capture.
