We are looking to recruit a new member of staff to complement our reservations team. You are the first and last face our customers see, so we rely on you to make a lasting impression. Smart and friendly with an easy to approach personality, you will arrange reservations, welcome guests in, deal with bills and generally attend to our guest's every need. Assisting other departments as required responding to business levels.
Full training given and experience with Rezlynx a bonus. The successful applicant will be computer literate, highly organised and with a great eye for detail as this position involves a number of administrative duties. Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook also beneficial.
Shifts generally 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm and will include weekends. To assist the Hotel Manager in the day to day running of the front desk in this busy 94 bedroom hotel. We are nine miles North of the Historic City of York.
