The Role
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across multiple sites
- Lead on the development of secure and resilient inter-campus network services, including WAN design and routing configurations
- Manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control
- Develop and implement cloud-based network architectures and hybrid solutions
- Ensure network services meet operational standards for resilience, security, and efficiency
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and act as a point of escalation for complex issues
- Contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and business continuity initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure value-driven service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade networks (wired, wireless, WAN, security)
- Expertise in routing protocols, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and access control technologies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects
