We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a leading university on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and driving strong financial planning and reporting. We welcome applications from candidates who are qualified by experience, part-qualified, or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentary
- Budgeting and forecasting, supporting financial planning cycles
- Producing accurate financial reports for senior stakeholders
- Variance analysis and performance tracking
- Partnering with clients and budget holders to support decision-making
- Improving financial processes and reporting where possible

- Strong Excel skills (essential)
