An established large-scale estate is seeking an experienced Reactive Maintenance Manager (Electrical) to lead the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused electrical maintenance service across a complex, multi-site environment. This role is responsible for managing an in-house electrical team, overseeing reactive and planned maintenance activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and acting as a key technical authority for low and high voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line management of an in-house electrical maintenance team, including apprentices
  • Allocation and coordination of reactive and planned maintenance works
  • Management of performance against SLAs and KPIs using a CAFM system
  • Acting as a Lead Authorised Person for Low and High Voltage systems
  • Ensuring compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations, 18th Edition, PUWER and H&S legislation
  • Managing contractors, permits to work, audits and performance reviews
  • Budget monitoring, procurement and invoice approval

About You

  • Qualified in an electrical discipline (minimum NVQ Level 3)
  • 18th Edition and 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing electrical maintenance on a large or complex site
  • Strong people management, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Low Voltage Authorised Person (High Voltage experience desirable)
