Summary:
You will be reporting to the IT Service Manager and as the Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for both project delivery and the ongoing management, administration, and enhancement of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and platforms.
As a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365, with expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Intune, and Power Automate, you will play a key role in promoting the adoption of the Microsoft 365 suite across the organisation.
This position involves designing, planning, migrating, optimising, and supporting the services provided by IT & Digital Services.
