A leading cultural and academic organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to provide dedicated HR support to one of its key departments. This role will play a central part in delivering people-focused solutions during a period of organisational change, with a particular emphasis on employee relations and workforce realignment.

Working at both strategic and operational levels, you’ll partner with senior managers to advise on a wide range of HR matters and support the implementation of new ways of working. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring fair, consistent, and effective HR practices throughout a period of significant transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality HR advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for line managers and leadership, offering clear, practical guidance.
  • Lead on complex casework, ensuring outcomes align with policy, employment law, and organisational values.
