We are recruiting a Senior Change Manager to join a Strategic Programmes and Change function within a leading London-based Higher Education institution.
This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering large-scale organisational and digital transformation across a complex environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding change across major strategic programmes, with a strong preference for experience leading ERP-enabled transformation within a university setting.
This role sits within a central change team operating in a matrix model and partners closely with senior academic and professional services leaders across the institution.
- Leading the development and execution of end-to-end change management strategies across major programmes and projects
- Partnering with Programme Directors, Sponsors, senior academics and Professional Services leaders to embed change effectively
- Resistance management plans
- Integrating change management activity into programme and project delivery frameworks
- Leading workshops and change interventions to support adoption and behavioural shift
- Defining and tracking change KPIs and reporting on adoption, risks and mitigation actions
- Line managing and developing Change Managers and Change Officers within a hybrid, matrixed environment
- Supporting the ongoing development of change methodology, tools and organisational change maturity
Demonstrable experience influencing at Sponsor and Executive level
Experience within large-scale digital transformation programmes
Knowledge of programme and project management methodologies (Prince2, MSP, Agile)
Opportunity to lead high-profile strategic transformation within a world-class institution
Exposure to enterprise-wide digital and operational change programmes
Hybrid London-based working with strong organisational backing for change maturity
